Expected outcomes
SISWEC project aims to harmonise training, action modalities and training contents, increase the skills of professionals in the face of Europe's difficulties in welcoming, integrating and caring for an increasingly precarious and "invisible" population, and to link higher education with the social professions.
The implementation of the SISWEC project should contribute to three types of results:
Academic results - improve the competence of universities and training centers by updating scientific and social knowledge in the face of the new challenges of social life. We hope this project will allow to go beyond the purely disciplinary view and that will cross its approaches in the sense of a study of European good practices.
Pedagogical results - This type of subject requires regular updating and can be used in initial and continuing education for a variety of audiences, some of whom are very far from the university. The implementation of digital resources and a common MOOC will allow this delocalization of teaching formars and eventually transform the ways of learning within the professional action.
Social outcomes - There is a clear lack of skills and knowledge among social work professionals on crisis issues. The SISWEC project and the resources it will produce will be very useful in addressing the need to strengthen the educational tools available.
Therefore, these are the expected results:
